ppvio Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between ppvio ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service offered at ppvio.com, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any promotional or loyalty programme operated by ppvio.

By completing the registration process and creating a ppvio account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the ppvio platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

ppvio reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered account holders via on-platform notification or email to the address on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically and remain informed of any changes.

These Terms are to be read in conjunction with any additional policies published on ppvio.com, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any sport- or game-specific rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a game-specific rule, the more specific rule shall prevail in relation to that game or event only.

The language of these Terms is English. If any translation of these Terms is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version and shall prevail in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

ppvio operates an 18+ only gaming platform. Access to, and use of, any service offered by ppvio is strictly prohibited to any person who is under 18 years of age. This restriction applies universally to all players regardless of location, device, or method of access.

By registering an account, you expressly warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. You also confirm that gambling is not prohibited in the jurisdiction from which you are accessing the platform. ppvio does not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from a player providing false information about their age.

ppvio applies a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process to all accounts prior to the processing of the first withdrawal. Verification requires submission of one or more of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID) — front and back copy
• Valid passport — photo and data page
• Birth certificate accompanied by a government-issued photo ID
• Driver's licence (where applicable and accompanied by proof of age)

ppvio reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage of a player's account lifecycle — not only at the time of the first withdrawal. Any account where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended pending resolution. In the event that an account is found to belong to a person under the age of 18, the account will be permanently closed, all deposits refunded to the originating payment method, and all winnings forfeited.

ppvio employs automated age verification screening tools that cross-reference player-submitted data against available identity databases as a first-pass screening measure. This automated screening supplements, but does not replace, manual document review.

To access the full range of ppvio services, you must create a registered account. Registration is free of charge. You may only hold one active account per person. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or any combination of devices and payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued identity document
• A valid, personal email address to which you have exclusive access
• A valid mobile phone number registered in your own name (used for OTP verification)
• Date of birth confirming you are 18 years of age or older
• A secure password of your own choosing, meeting ppvio's minimum complexity requirements

You warrant that all information provided at registration and at any subsequent point is truthful and accurate. ppvio reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any detail you have provided. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

ppvio enforces a strict single-account policy. Duplicate accounts detected by ppvio's fraud detection systems will be closed without prior notice. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be voided in full. Balances held in duplicate accounts will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis — legitimate deposit funds may be returned to the originating payment method at ppvio's discretion, but bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcodes (OTPs) with any third party. You must not allow any other person to access your account on your behalf. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are correctly entered will be deemed authorised by you, regardless of whether you personally initiated that activity.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify ppvio support immediately by live chat at ppvio.com. ppvio will investigate all reported unauthorised access incidents and may temporarily suspend the affected account during the investigation period.

ppvio supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods tailored to the needs of players in Bangladesh. All financial transactions on the ppvio platform are subject to the conditions set out in this section. ppvio does not charge platform-level fees on deposits made via any supported payment method, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges independent of ppvio.

The following payment channels are currently accepted on ppvio:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank
• Cryptocurrency: USDT via TRC-20 and ERC-20 networks
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where permitted by your card issuer)

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via mobile financial services; ৳1,000 via bank transfer or USDT equivalent
• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstance.
• bKash and Nagad deposits credit to your ppvio account within 30 seconds under normal network conditions.
• Bank transfer deposits credit within 30–60 minutes on standard weekdays.
• USDT deposits via TRC-20 typically confirm within 1–3 minutes following blockchain confirmation.
• ppvio reserves the right to request proof of ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 via mobile financial services; ৳1,000 via bank transfer
• Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into your ppvio account, or to a verified payment method that can be matched to your verified identity.
• KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal is processed. Accounts with incomplete KYC will have withdrawal requests held pending verification.
• bKash and Nagad withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours.
• Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 business day.
• USDT withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes under normal conditions.
• ppvio reserves the right to perform enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests above ৳100,000 or where unusual account activity is detected prior to processing.

ppvio processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) for mobile banking and bank transfer channels. USDT transactions are processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. ppvio is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time a USDT deposit is made and the time a corresponding withdrawal is requested.

ppvio offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are offered at ppvio's sole discretion and are subject to the conditions outlined in this section as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus policy below and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a ppvio account are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated at the point of bonus activation. Until the wagering requirement is satisfied:

• Bonus funds are ring-fenced and cannot be withdrawn.
• Real money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions depending on the specific promotion terms — always check the offer details before claiming.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10%–20%, and sports betting contributions depend on the odds of the qualifying bet. Full contribution tables are available in the promotions section of ppvio.com after login.

ppvio employs automated systems to detect patterns of bonus abuse. Actions considered to constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once
• Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome (also known as "gnoming" or "bonus hunting")
• Using betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk exposure (low-variance staking patterns that exploit the terms of a specific bonus)
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to place wagers during a bonus period

Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances and any associated winnings voided. ppvio reserves the right to close such accounts permanently without refund of any bonus-related winnings. Legitimate deposits will be returned to the originating payment method at ppvio's discretion following investigation.

All bonus funds have an expiry period. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds that have not been wagered the required number of times within 30 calendar days of being credited will automatically expire and be removed from the account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated.

As a registered ppvio account holder, you agree to use the platform in a lawful and responsible manner at all times. The following obligations apply to every player and are a condition of continued access to ppvio's services.

You must not engage in any of the following conduct while using the ppvio platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information at any point
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without their authorisation
• Using automated software, bots, crawlers, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Exploiting any bug, error, or technical malfunction to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from an exploited technical error are void and will be reclaimed
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to influence the outcome of any game or sporting event
• Placing bets on fixed or manipulated sporting events where you have prior knowledge of the outcome
• Using the platform for any purpose connected with money laundering or the proceeds of criminal activity
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing ppvio staff or other players via any communication channel
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or account restriction that you have voluntarily applied to your own account

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection are secure and free from malware before accessing the ppvio platform. ppvio will not be liable for any loss arising from a compromise of your device or network that results in unauthorised access to your account. ppvio recommends using a current, updated web browser and a private or trusted Wi-Fi connection rather than public hotspots when accessing your account.

You are required to notify ppvio's support team promptly if you become aware of any suspected technical error, security vulnerability, suspicious betting activity, or potential manipulation of any game or event offered on the platform. Failure to report a known vulnerability and instead exploiting it for personal gain will be treated as misconduct and may result in permanent account closure and legal action.

Both you and ppvio have the right to close your account. The process and consequences vary depending on whether the closure is voluntary, disciplinary, or initiated as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ppvio's support team via live chat at ppvio.com. Before the account is closed, ppvio will process any remaining balance (net of any voided bonus funds) to your verified payment method. Processing of a final balance withdrawal prior to closure typically takes 1–3 business days. Accounts with open bet positions cannot be closed until those bets are settled; ppvio will settle open positions at the earliest opportunity.

ppvio reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Provision of false identity information
• Multi-accounting or bonus abuse
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or financial crime
• Use of automated betting software or exploitation of platform errors
• Abusive conduct toward ppvio staff or other players
• Circumvention of a voluntary self-exclusion

In cases of disciplinary closure, ppvio will review the account balance and determine the appropriate treatment of funds based on the nature of the breach. Legitimate deposit funds may be returned; bonus funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct will be voided. ppvio will not be obligated to provide detailed reasoning for a disciplinary closure where doing so would prejudice an ongoing investigation.

Players who request self-exclusion through ppvio's responsible gaming tools will have their accounts suspended for the duration of the exclusion period selected. Permanent self-exclusion results in account closure that cannot be reversed. ppvio will make every reasonable effort to prevent a self-excluded player from re-registering a new account, though players are also reminded of their own responsibility not to circumvent self-exclusion tools. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ppvio and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive — arising from your use of or inability to use the ppvio platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own decision to place a wager
• Interruption of service due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, including during live events
• Technical failures, network outages, or data transmission errors beyond ppvio's reasonable control
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, or banking institutions
• Loss arising from the unauthorised access to your account where the access resulted from your failure to protect your credentials
• Any decision made by ppvio to void bets or withhold payment in accordance with these Terms following a suspected breach

ppvio targets a platform uptime of 99.9% but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. ppvio is not liable for any inability to place bets or access funds during scheduled or emergency maintenance windows. In the event that a live bet cannot be settled due to a platform outage, ppvio will settle the bet based on the known official result of the event once service is restored.

All content on the ppvio platform — including but not limited to software, design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and data — is the intellectual property of ppvio or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any ppvio content without express written permission.

If you believe ppvio has made an error in settling a bet, crediting a bonus, or processing a payment, you must raise the dispute within 30 calendar days of the relevant transaction or event settlement date. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. ppvio will acknowledge all written dispute submissions within 48 hours and provide a substantive response within 10 business days. ppvio's decision following a full internal review is final, subject to any applicable statutory rights you hold as a consumer.
